Hi, the backups are stored in dropbox. First we had the problem that we could not download files although they are all stored correctly. Now we re-connected dropbox and the download is working again but we could not restore because of a corrupt file.

    How could I solve this?

    Thanks, Sophie

    Hi,

Files could get corrupted either on download or upload of backups.

Please check and make sure that the file size is the same from both the source and destination site.

    Hi,

thats exactly what it says.. that the file size is not the same. But how can I make sure that they have the same size – I think this should be clear. Updraft backup the file and we do not change anything…

So I don’t know what you mean – sorry ??

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
