• My client has both your plugin and WordFence installed (both using the most recent version). Recently, she received an email from WordFence that main.php has extra code from the default. All the extra code seems to be related to TinyMCE. Is that a valid set of code based on a setting?

WordFence is a security plugin. One of the things it does is compare the code from the version available through the dashboard and the version that is on a website host server. If the code has changed, WordFence will send the site owner an email with a screenshot of the comparison.

Recently, a client received such an email from WordFence that indicated that the copy of main.php for the Simple Download Monitor plugin is different from the version in a clean install. In this case, it does not seem that a hacker modified the code because every difference is related to TinyMCE. I can include some of the unexpected code here, if it’s appropriate.
