• Hello,
I made my website in local server (Open server).
After moving it to hosting, logs works incorrectly.
“File Change detection” log doesn’t work, but log of invalid password work.
Other types of log i can’t check.

I would be very grateful if you could help to solve this problem.

In addition I use live traffic in wordfence security.
And there i have a problem too: live traffic shows the results only for my ip address (the adress of my server). I have a little traffic but i have it, and it don’t appearing on live traffic monitor. I can see statistic only for myself activity.

    Thank you,
    Pavel.

  • Using two security plugins seems excessive and may even cause conflicts, like running two antivirus programs on your PC.

It would help to double check and list all the (relevant) settings, as well as the hosting conditions (web server type, operating system, etc) in order to get help.

Are you on the latest version of the plugin?

    Thank you for reply,

    My config (txt file) https://yadi.sk/i/iYa4o5-Yy3zxX

    iThemes Security: 5.7.0

I have solved problem with wordfence. Some errors gone after i deleted plugin with aсtive
parameter “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation”.

There are no such function in ithemes. On local server everything worked well for me, after moving to hosting, problems appeared. Reinstallation doesn’t help.

I thing if i could delete ithemes fully and install it again problems will go away.

Can you tell me how to completely remove your product?

    Thank you,
    Pavel.

After deactivating and deleting the plugin and its data from WordPress, look through wp-config.php and .htaccess (if you have one) and remove (carefully) anything added by the plugin.

Before you do it, though, maybe you can check for relevant messages in /error_log and /wp-admin/error_log, preferrably going back to when the plugin was activated. This may give you a clue as to what might have happened.

    Good luck.
