File Change Detection

  • Sir, I Installed Wp Fastest Cache plugin on my website [ https://www.allinonejobs.com/ ] . Its working fine but from last few days I am getting emails saying “File Change detection in wp-content/cache/all/ap-sbtet-diploma-results/index.html
    So is it by default. Or my website hacked? Please reply must.
    And I want to buy the premium plugin. Is it helpful in reducing the loading time of my website?
    How to purchase the plugin. Tell me in detailed.
