    Hello AIO WP Migrate team,

I recently changed the folder my website is hosted in on my server. However, now whenever I make a backup of the site it recreates the old folder in my file manager and saves the backup there. This means I can’t download my backups from my website and instead have to go into my file manager to download them. How can I change the file path for saving backup files? I can’t find any way to do this in phpmyadmin or plugin files, and I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin to no success.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.

    – Theo

To resolve the issue of the backup files being saved in the old folder, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the All-in-One WP Migration plugin. This process should reset the plugin’s configuration and allow it to use the new folder path for saving backups.

Hi Yani, sorry I have tried both uninstalling the plugin and reloading the entire site from backup. Neither of these solutions fix the issue. Have also tried rolling back and re-updating the plugin. Where is the backup location stored? Is it possible for me to manually force it?

See if ai1wm_backups_path in wp_options table has been set.
If yes, delete it and try again.

I’m a complete and utter moron. I looked there originally but I was only viewing 25 items in phpMyAdmin ???♂?. Viewed all rows and I can see the ai1wm_backups_path item, and have updated the path manually and all working as intended now.

Thanks for your quick responses and support, and sorry to bother! ??
