File attachments not emailing through in Contact Form 7

Hi,

I dont seem to recieve any attachments that are uploaded to my contact form 7. All other form details are emailed through but attachments are missing. This is the same whether I use the option of single file upload or multifile (I would prefer multifile option if I can get this working). I’ve followed instructions on both of the below support pages but none of these seem to have solved my problem.

Form details I have are:

Any support would be greatly appreciated – it’s driving me crazy that I cant seem to find a solution!
