File Attachments not being sent via email

I have inserted the [file-name] in the mail attachments section. However the file does not show up in the mail. I’ve tried searching through the forum, however the things that were suggested has already been done. My wpcf7_uploads folder has permission set to 777. Some other plugins I’m currently using in my site: Advanced Custom Fields PRO, NS Cloner and Yoast SEO.
