    File Attachments

    Hello, I found a BUG in the latest version,

    upload attachments after the attachment of the name of the bug, only display numbers, the other letters did not.

    A month before without this problem. The latest version has a BUG.

    Updated to the latest version of the plugin. The interface Russian is set to Russian.
    If the attachment name is English and number, everything works fine.
    If the attachment name is Chinese or Russian, the attachment name does not display Chinese or Russian after the attachment is uploaded.

    (The old plug-ins 3-5 months ago do not have this BUG.)

    Original attachment name:561–1—Вся работа- М11 23.05.18 — 加括.docx

    Name after upload ：561–1—-1123-05-18-.docx
