File attachment not emailed

    My forms’ attachments aren’t being sent via email.

    I deactivated all plugins except Contact Form 7 and they send. Once I activate Smart Grid-Layout Design for Contact Form 7, the attachments no longer send.

    The page included is in development so it’s password protected:
    username: demo
    pw: wrightspecialty

    Any help would be appreciated. ??

    hi @lorimill. v2.5 has changed a few things wrt file fields. although the it should not have affected older forms, it is possible your form just needs a reboot. Can you please edit your form (open the form in the back-end), and simply click the ‘Update’ button, this will re-intialise the form with the latest changes. This should fix the problem.

    @lorimill, have you resolved the issue with a simple update of the form?

    @monicash, please start a new thread as although the symptoms are the same, the error could be very different. Also, give me more details of your form setup, sent me the page or a screenshot

    ok, I found a bug which prevented singular file fields from being attached properly. Apologies for this. It is fixed in v2.5.5.
