File attachment error

  • The attachment files can’t be found anymore. This problem occured before or during Christmas holiday.

    I can find the files by browser, but WPCF7 says they can’t be found.

    /uploads/2019/01/Ohjeet-hyvehankkeen-kaynnistykseen.pdf
    !(configuration error) Attachment file does not exist at /uploads/2019/01/Ohjeet-hyvehankkeen-kaynnistykseen.pdf.

    OR
    uploads/2019/01/Ohjeet-hyvehankkeen-kaynnistykseen.pdf
    !(configuration error) It is not allowed to use files outside the wp-content directory.

    Please, help.

    This shouldn’t happen. I could confirm this PDF file exists in the wp-content directory.

    Do you have any idea why this issue started happening recently? Any special configuration do you have?

    This site is on Pantheon, but it has been there all the time. Maybe this problem occured after updating WP 5, I’m not sure.

    I’ve checked the theme and plugins, but I didn’t find any conflicts. And the odd behavior is same with the default theme and only WCPF7 plugin on.
    Theme is PressCustomizr (Child) and Plugins are:
