    File attachment does not work in the part where the user adds the ticket because it conflicts with other cache plugin. How can I fix this? I wait for reply.

    Can you please share the cache plugin name? We will try to reproduce the issue on our local server, if we found the issue it will be fixed in a future version of the plugin.

    Hi,

    The cache plugin name is “WP Fastest Cache”. Is there anything I can do for fix this at now?

    We have checked the working of SupportCandy with cache plugin but we did not face such an issue. It is working fine.
    Please follow the below steps:

    • Clear your browser cache
    • Clear your site cache
    • go to Support > Settings > Attachments > Attachment max filesize(MB) setting and make sure you are uploading the file having size less than this setting.

    If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket on our site. One of our agents will help you to resolve the issue.
