File attachment

  • Hi!
    I’m new in WP. I have the next problem. I’ve added the attachment file button to my contact form. But the text language on the button depends on users computer location. For example, when I set my location to the USA, the text on button is in Eglish, but when I set my location to Ukraine the text is in Ukrainian, and so on. So I understand that in every county the text will be in their native language. But I what the text on the button to be in English despite of the users locations.

    I set in the WordPress settings the site language to English, and though there is a note “Note: The WPLANG constant in your wp-config.php file is no longer needed.”, I’ve made changes in wp-config.php file to set the English. But it doesn’t work.

    Please, help!
