File Attachement upload all extension

I am using contact form 7 on https://kitkitkart.com/skdata/quick-contact/
I want to set upload to all extension. Currently when i am trying to upload .txt file it show Error “This file type is not allowed.”
So it there any way to set all extension in upload by default?
