Hi I am still having the same issue with the extension files from last week. This was the comment you had wrote back.Cause I would get an error message that said: You are not allowed to upload files with that file extension. I have also added the mov,m4v and mp4 as you had requested. And I am still getting the same issue and now wether it be on my computer or iphone. And now I am not albe to upload a picture file which is jpg. Can you please look into this. Thanks.

This means that the file-extension of iPhone videos is not listed in the settings for allowed file-types in the upload-category. You can try to add the following ones to the list:

    mov, m4v, mp4

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @donna4u2

All possible file-formats are linked in the following article at the right part of the table:
    https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/media/media-formats#video-formats

So I suggest you to add everything from there as well, like: 3gp, webm

I have added all of those in and the videos and jpg picture doesn’t upload on my computer or cell phone. Can you please take a look. It’s still giving me the same error as before. You are not allowed to upload files with that file extension. Thank you.

    Hello @donna4u2

Unfortunately I dont have any android-devices so i cannot give you more information about the filetypes they are using. I suggest you to check out the technical-information from your device or the support-team of your device-manufacturer to get more information about it. As an alternative you can also remove all entries from the allowed filetypes-setting. In that case it should be possible to allow the upload of any kind of files.

I have deleted those files in the allowed video section and re uploaded those same files, and tested the iPhone videos and videos that I have alredy taken a video with it and a picture that was taken by my iPhone and and a picture that was taken gives me the same error. I have also tested it on my pc desk top and the same error message when uploading the video format mp4 from iPhone and the picture jpg that was taken by my iPhone doesn’t work. ( You are not allowed to upload files with the that file extension) I have those files extensions applied in the setting. Can you some how test it out on your side, it may be the plugin itself. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

    Hello @donna4u2

Just to verify: The input for “allowed filetypes” is now completely empty and the issue still appears?

When I have deleted all those files and then I press submit, these files comes back and doesn’t want to be deleted. I have tried it with these files jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf the only ones that works now are the pictures when I upload from the my photos and when I take a picture and they work on my window computer. The videos are not working on my iphone or my windows computer. It gives me the same message as in the past. And if I have all the files saved those videos still don’t work and same with the picture they both don’t work at all.
