Hi, I just made first scan on my website and it found one problem:

    Filename: wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wfScanEngine.php
File Type: Not a core, theme, or plugin file from www.remarpro.com.
Details: This file appears to be installed or modified by a hacker to perform malicious activity. If you know about this file you can choose to ignore it to exclude it from future scans. The matched text in this file is: if (method_exists("wordfenceHash", "wfHash") && count($hash = @wordfenceHash

    The issue type is: Evasion:PHP/hidefromwf
Description: Modified file to hide code from malware scans.

Should I delete this file, or mark as fixed?

    Thank you
