File and Folder Permissions after Auto-Plugin-Update

    Hi,

    finally I made the Auto-Plugin-Updates work for me, after such an automatic plugin update the plugin folder is set to 755 and all the files to 644 do have an owner/group called nobody/nobody so I’m not able to change any files nor deleting them.

    Is there a way to give back my permissions?

    Why do I give at the automatic update my FTP credentials and WP doesn’t use these to create the folders and files?
