File and directory creation tests failed

  • Having the above issue. Clicking into the See Required Changes I get the following:

    Could not mkdir: \\web-123win\winpackage22\websitename.co.uk\www.websitename.co.uk\web\content\Site/wp-content/cache\test_dir

    Any idea what has gone wrong, and how to resolve it as I believe it’s causing significant slowdown.
