File access via FTP

What files are you trying to access?

It’s a folder that I keep logos on. You used to be able to go to mysite.com/logofolder and it would list the files in that folder.

Is WordPress installed in the root domain?

yes it is.

Then that’s your answer. If you try to navigate to https://mysite.com/logofolder, WordPress will attempt to find a matching Post or Page and come up with a 404. You need to either navigate to a specific image file or add an index.html file to the folder and use https://mysite.com/logofolder/index.html

You really shouldn’t be allowing any directory indexing on the domain. It’s a potential security issue.
