    Hello:

    It sounds like you’ve got a conflict with another plugin – chances are there is a Javascript error being thrown by your browser. Can you please open your browser console and see if there’s an error in there? If you don’t know how to view your browser console let us know which one you’re using and we’ll give you instructions to view it.

    If you do see an error in there the fastest way to identify which other plugin is conflicting is to disable all other plugins and then enable them again one at a time, testing to see if the error occurs as you go. Also, it could be your theme so try switching that to one of the core WP themes (2016,2015) to see if the error goes away.
