Fields showing out of order but are ordered correctly in admin

Hello!

I got fooling around with the order of fields and adding fields to billing and then moving them to additional.. and I think I confused it!

In the admin page, the order of billing fields is

Name
Email Address
Date of Birth

But in the cart, the order is

Email Address
Date of Birth
Name

I’m stumped. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I’m using Multisite, but this was working just fine until I added and deleted a few fields.
