Fields options dont open

I just found this error message, but I dont know what can I do about it.

Make sure you are up to date with both WordPress and Formidable. If you are up to date, then this is a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

I deactivated all my plugins and still have the same problem.

Im using 3.5 WP, but I cant upgrade Formidable now, but i’ll asap.

Everything was working fine in a host, then I change it, and now my plugins folder keep redirecting to my root folder. /o\

Its a mess /o\

See that if you click on this link the formidable path will change to another folder. I had to put all plugins folders inside my root, so css style can work.

I dont know why this plugins path is like this, I have already look inside my database, but there is no url to it.

I changed my host again and now all fields are working on Edit tab.

But my Conditional Logic fields are not working as it works on Preview.
