    For this, you can display those fields in 2 columns by following our guide here.

    From your screenshot, you’re using the Website / URL field, which is only available with a paid license.

    As you are using the paid version of WPForms, another option is the Layout field.

    If you have more questions about the solution or the Layout field, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
