I saw another topic on this that was closed without a resolution. The tech asked the poster to disable all plugins and see if that worked (in case another plugin was interfering). The poster said that didn’t solve the problem. I am having this same issue ever since the last update of the plugin. It seems to only happen when people fill in the fiedls and then check out with Apple Pay or Google Pay instead of clicking on the add to cart button. I don’t think I ever had an instance of this happening until recently so I think it was the update that changed something. I have had 2 for sure that I know of on this one product alone (in referenced link).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: It’s not just Google and Apple Pay. We got a regular payment and the fields were gone in that order as well. So fields are disappearing from all orders now. Is there anyway for us to go into an order and view what was filled out? The emails definitely don’t have them now, and it’s getting embarrassing emailing my customers to ask for the information again. This needs to be resolved right away or is there a way to go back to the prior version that worked?

    Hello @elfstacy

It is possible to roll back an installed version. Please install WP Rollback plugin and downgrade FPF to lower version.

I have the latest FPF version on the test installation. All fields are visible in the order. The fields also appear in emails and in the summary. I do not think the update is the cause.

Please run a quick troubleshooting and see if this behavior is due to a conflict.

    Troubleshooting steps

    1. Test the plugin using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
    2. Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
    3. Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.

Please let me know about the result.

Disabling the other plugins doesn’t work. We had another order for a different product come in just now without the extra fields so it’s not just the one in the link. I am going to try to revert to a past version now.

    P.S. We do use Storefront.

I can get the personalization to show in the cart, but it disappears after check out and is not on the emails to me so I have no idea what people put in those fields.

I have rolled back to version 1.5 and will wait for another order to come in that uses the extra fields.

Ok, a new order just came in and everything is working correctly with version 1.5.0. I’ve disabled updates on it so it never updates until you let me know that the problem has been fixed.

Hi, we are having the same issue. One of the product fields is not showing in the order and not in de email. We never had issues with this but since a week or 2 we’re facing these problems.

Can you advise us on what to do? Is going back to an older update the solution?

    Hello @ideefabriek

Please check if installing the previous version of the plugin solves the issue.
    flexible-product-fields.1.6.5.zip

Please let me know if the case concerns one FPF field or all fields.

thanks, i installed the previous plugin, i will check with incoming orders if it’s working. It concerns one FPF field. This is also only the case for the recently uploaded products.

    It didn’t work unfortunately ??
The weird thing is that it is working with the products that are on our website for a while already but it’s not working for the products that we recently added to the website.

    Example: https://ideefabriek.com/product/memory-glazen-box-m-zwart-goud/
With this product the ‘Kleur bedrukking’ field is not showing up on the order. However the other fields do show up on the order.

With this product everything is working properly: https://ideefabriek.com/product/onthullingsbox-zwangerschap/

There is also another plugin on the product page that adds product fields.

The issue is still not resolved. Any other suggestions?
