Fields not showing up in cart

    The fields are showing up fine on the page but they are being completely ignored. If I leave empty, I don’t get error message but get directed to cart where no product is added.
    If I fill them, product gets added but the additional info is missing.

    Sorry for the delayed response

    I found that our plugin is not active in your website.

    Please download the plugin and activate it. Then we can check the errors from our side.

    Please enable required option to make it required otherwise it will be ignored.

    The issue on field is not adding to cart is may be because of the ajax add to cart in your theme. Please disable the ajax add to cart provided by theme or some other plugins.

    If you required ajax add to cart then Enable Product addons ajax add to cart feature

    Thanks. Yes, it got resolved. Did not realize you had to go and turn on the setting to show it in cart.
