    I have set up fields for personalizing Christmas ornaments on my site https://www.cowboysanta.com. The fields are showing up on each product page as they should, however, when a customer places an order their input to the fields is not showing on either their copy of the order, or on the copy of their order in my woocommerce back end.

    How do I resolve this problem? I have screenshots that show where I have entered the fields on a product, a completed order on the front end and the backend copy of the order.

    Hello,

    I checked everything on my test installation to be sure and this option definitely works in the free version. I suspect a conflict with another plugin or theme.
    Please try to run a troubleshooting to find out the cause.

    Troubleshooting steps

    1. Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
    2. Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.
    3. Test the plugin using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

    Please let me know about the result and also provide a screenshot of the visible options for the field added by the plugin.

    I tried deactivating all plugins – keeping only yours and those by Woocommerce. The information in the fields still did not show up after the item was added to the cart. I tried with different items that had different product fields applied to them.

    Then, I changed to the Storefront theme – the information in the field did not show up after the item was added to the cart. (I am currently using Woostify theme-pro version.)
