fields not showing in the comment text in frontend or backend

  • Hi,
    after adding the field “ailment” I can see it in the comments form but after a successful submit I still can’t see it inside the comment or in the back-end comments table

    wordpress ver: 4.9.6
    theme: Flatsome – Version: 3.4.0

    any idea why?
