fields not show and download dose not work

I understand that your current theme does not support the plugin. It is hard to tell what is the problem with your theme and it is hard to support it using this forum

do you mean category ? This is in the admin side using WP taxonomies

No in download page have a part near the descrip of download file it name support. User can create a topic but in my theme and default theme didnot show form of creat support topic for users. What i do? Understad my mean?

Yes I do. Maybe some sort of conflict with another plugin. Need to see the inside to understand the problem
