Fields not being displayed. Unable to enter Card Details and complete checkout

    Hi there, 

We have a custom theme where we have used the stipe WooCommerce plugin. 
We are having an issue with fields not being displayed. 

We tried deactivating all plugins and checked thoroughly but couldn't find the issue. However, when we use a different theme, it works fine. 

We read all the previous tickets and solutions with a similar issue but could not resolve it.

    I understand you have deactivated the plugins looking for a way to solve the issue, please refer to this documentation to run a complete conflict test (this will help you determine the cause):

    However, I’ve read when using other plugins the issue is not present. The functionality behind the layout is managed by the theme, so I recommend contacting the theme developers, they can provide you with more information.

    We ran a complete conflict test as per your instruction but still can’t determine the issue.

    The issue has been fixed. We found that the issue was due to the enqueue script.
