Fields missing from email

When you have some time, can you please check if {all_fields} smart tag is added under Settings > Notification > Email Message in your form builder?

However, if you’re not receiving notification for a newly added field, then most probably you’re using the field ID smart tag under Settings > Notification > Email Message. And in that case, you’ll need to add the field ID of the field to include the information in the email notifications.

Having said that, can you please share the screenshot for the notification settings especially the email message box so I can take a closer look?

In this case, please check if the Message section of the Notification Settings has {all_fields} declared.

Else you can also add each form field’s smart tag to the Message section and display the fields in the notification email.

If possible, please share a screenshot of the Notification Settings page and we will take a look.

Apologies for lack of reply, I’ve not been around for a couple of days. I’ve just checked with the customer and the fields have been removed. But I’ve made your suggestion and will monitor their form.
