Fields missing from email

Hi all,
One of my customer has the lite version of WPforms, which has been working fine. They have added 2 more fields to the form but when the email is received, only the from, subject and summary fields are shown. The other fields are not being included in the list of notifications.
Does anyone have any idea on why added fields are not pulling through?
