Fields mapping and deals

    Hello,

    I already have a Feed, but I have made another form, different list, etc, and now, I can’t make a new feed, because in the 5. step at the ‘Fields Mapping’ no results found. I want to create a Deal (Object) as my other feed. The only difference is the selected form.

    Can you please help me with this?

    Can you please share what you mean by a “Feed”?

    Which Form Builder are you using and attempting to map?

    I’m using Contact form 7 form builder.

    I can’t add new field into the Fields Mapping section.

    Ahh I see… thanks for sharing the screenshots.

    What plugin are you using to integrate Contact Form 7 and HubSpot?

    I think the issue may lay there and not in the official HubSpot plugin.

    I’ll await your reply and then hope to steer you in the correct direction for support!

    My guess is that your HubSpot – CF7 Integration is the source of the issue, and you should reach out to whomever build that integration.
