fields mandatory

  • Hi there! Are these the first and last name billing fields on the checkout page? If so, they should already be mandatory. If not, can you explain what and where those fields are and how they are being created?

    That’s right. I simply installed the latest version of WooCommerce, WooCommerce Admin, WooCommerce Services, Postepay Gateway for Woocommerce.
    I can’t understand where that “faculty” comes out and how to make it mandatory

    Hi Sandro. Thanks for the clarification. If you install a gateway like Stripe (you can just create a test account), do the name fields show up as required?

    Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”
