    There is mistake in file /plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/includes/template.php:541

    <th>2′.wooccm_wpml_string( trim( $btn[‘label’] ) ).’:</th>
    should be changed to
    <th>’.wooccm_wpml_string( trim( $btn[‘label’] ) ).’:</th>
