Hi,
I made 4 extra fields, not in a registration form, only to be seen on the profile page online by the users. At first everything went fine, but since a few weeks something is wrong. I can still see the fields on the profile page when I want to edit them (users in dashboard), but when I save the data, the fields are empty. When I go the the profile page (online), I can see the data. Second problem: I made a field “URL”, I can see the URL online and in the users tab (Dashboard), but it is not clickable online. Before it was possible. I already deactivated all other plugins, but also this gives no solution.
Hope you understand what the problems are. I can’t place an URL to visit and see for yourself, the whole site is password protected.

I updated the plugin, but the URL linking is not working yet. All other issues are fixed! Thank you for that.

Hi Ann,

Could you please describe your problem with the URL linking in more detail? We cant reproduce this issue. The link is clickable on our local environment. Try to deactivate other plugins and switch the theme.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for the answer. I deactivated all the plugins, switched to another theme but that didn’t solve my problem. The field ‘URL’ is not working.

I took 2 printscreens:

The link is not activated on both themes.
