Fields Dont Display

    I am using the Entrada theme, the fields function properly as when I try to add to cart and the fields are required* doesn’t allow the product to be added and I get Woocomerce Error.
    But The fields are not displayed on the product page.

    Is the theme not compatible? is there a way to make the fields appear ?

    I removed it from maintenance you can check now thanks alot

    The form fields are appended to action hook
    woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_button
    Please ensure you have not removed this hook while customizing.

    Dear Support,

    Thanks for the prompt response, I’ve looked all over for the hook but I cant find it anywhere. Must be a theme issue as I haven’t customized anything any insight what I can edit ?

    Dear Support I added the Hook manually the fields appear but when I add to cart I get woocomerce error that the fields are required even though the fields are not empty.

    Any ideas why ?

    Hi,
    The form fields must be added in between the <form> tags.
    Please refer the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/5rIik2X
    You have to change the hook position to the <form> tags
