Fields disappearing when saving settings

    Hi there,

    We are using your plugin in our new webshop. The strange things is that, when adding a new field in a feed, after storing the settings, another field will disappear.

    Can you help us with this one?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    First, I would suggest you check if you are using the latest version 4.4.68 of the plugin as we couldn’t replicate such an issue on our test site where we are using the latest plugin.

    Second, clear your browser cache and try again and check if there is an error in the browser console.

    If you are using the latest version but still getting this issue, please, perform a plugin conflict test. Keep the other plugins deactivated except CTX and WooCommerece and try recreating the issue again. If deactivating other plugins solves the issue, then activate those plugins one by one and check which one is causing the issue.
