fields disappeared from form designer & error on submit

    The internal server error was because the redirect to a thank you page wasn’t working.
    Nothing was working properly with this plugin with the update, so I had to revert to 2.4.1 and all went back to normal.

    @gediweb – I’ve fixed the redirection issue and it’ll be included in the next update. Thanks for reporting.

    I can’t tell you what was going on in the other issue because it’s not visible any more.
