Fields disappear for unknown reason

Hello, basically i’m very happy with the plugin so well done! but I’ve noticed that for some reason all my custom fields that I’ve created just keep disappearing after some time. Do you know what can be the reason for it? is there any way I can export them so that when it disappear I could import them back?
