Fields aren’t validated properly

When choosing pay with credit card option (Stripe) and click continue to Payment it doesnt validate fields properly (email, phone, delivery date). If Terms and Conditions not checked it shows validation errors, but if Terms accepted it will go to payment. Also if for example field empty it will catch it and won’t go to payment.
Can you please help me to debug this or any workaround to force correct validation?
