Fields and Button don't align

  • Hello,

    Optin Forms worked just fine until right now.
    The name/mail fields and the Submit Button suddenly do not align anymore. I tried a few things and looked through the other support threads, but nothing really worked.

    I found this code for the custom css:
    #optinforms-form1-button{margin:16px 0 0;}

    I changed the margin to -12px and at least the submit button is aligned now. But I want the fields to line up too.
