Hi. Great plugin! Searched for info on this topic but could not locate. Hoping you can assist. Content is running in Divi Theme from Elegant Themes.

We have implemented a simple calculation (https://saratoga.solar/solar_calculator/) to provide investment savings estimates.

We would like to change the user experience so the input field (<%fieldname7%> in current calculator) is in a slider on our homepage enabling value entry, then with a button click, takes them to a non-CFF registration page (https://saratoga.solar/solarcalcreg/) and upon successful registration, takes the user to the calculated results page (https://saratoga.solar/solar_calculator/).

    Appreciate your direction.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Yes, you can use an slider field, to allow the user select a value instead to type it, and replace the field’s name in the equation associated to the calculated field (you can use the sliders fields as any common input field).

Concerning to the rest of the process, part of it is not related with our plugin.

For example, if you are using the Professional version of our plugin, you can enter the URL to the registration page (https://saratoga.solar/solarcalcreg/) through the “Thank you” page attribute in the form’s settings, and the user will be redirected to the registration page after submit the form, but then, you should edit the register form (this step in the process is out the scope of our plugin) to redirect the user to another page where you have inserted the shortcodes to display the summary of the data entered by the user. More information about the shortcode structure, and the possible tags to use into the shortcode, visiting the following links:

    Best regards.
