Field Visibility Broken Because Improper Calculations
-
I have a form with logic set to show one HTML field (a message) when a hidden calculation field has a value greater than 0 and a different HTML field (a different message) when the hidden calculation field has a value less than or equal to 0.0001 (There is no option to set the visibility logic to less than or equal to 0, so this is a work around). Unfortunately, this form is no longer functioning properly. I am not sure when this problem started, but I am finally sure what the problem is. Oddly enough, when the value is 0, it is not being considered as less than 0.0001, but the proper HTML field does show when the value is negative. I made the calculation field not hidden just to test, and neither HTML field shows up when the calculation field has a value of 0. I tested adding a third HTML field that shows when the value equals 0, and although that works, it shouldn’t be necessary.
I recommend Forminator all the time because of its ability to do logic like this, so this is really concerning. Please consider adding “less than or equal to” and “greater than or equal to” in the visibility conditions. Thank you so much!
