This is a continuation of my earlier query, which you assisted me with:

I resolved the last thread, as the provided link syntax you provided worked when pasted into the browser address bar.

What I noted, this morning, is that when used on the scrolling website, as an anchor link from a button(s), the browser doesn’t reload the page, so the ‘default:get’ function doesn’t function.

Can you advise what the URL Syntax should be, to get this to function using Anchor Links from within the page (maybe force a page reload?)?

I’m not sure I get your point. Do you mean you have a button that links to a form on the same page? If so, which button is it?

I have several buttons that link to the form on the same page, each with a unique URL String, so that the form is populated with the correct product name.

The site is in development and password protected, but you can view it here:

Can you give an example of the buttons? I can’t look into the HTML source of the page due to the password protection.

Hi; sorry, didn’t realise the View Source option was locked; good to know though ??

I’ve disabled the Password Protection and setup up a Coming Soon Page with a Bypass URL. This should work for you:

OK. Normally, the buttons (they are actually anchor <a> links though) should redirect to the target page, but actually they don’t on your site. This is because your theme’s script is intercepting the browser action.

Try switching to the default theme and testing it again.

Or, try adding et_smooth_scroll_disabled to the class attribute of the parent element of the <a> element. It seems that you can suppress the theme’s gimmick with this.
