• Hello,

I am using Ultimate Member on my WordPress site and am experiencing some issues when updating some of the fields on the default profile form. Specifically moving a field from one place on the form to another. After updating the form, it goes back to it’s original location on the form. This happens on the back end. It doesn’t happen to all fields, but consistently on some.

Running latest version of WordPress, X theme and Cornerstone.

I have disabled all other plugins, changed the theme from X to 2015 and the issue persists. I’ve searched extensively for a solution but haven’t found anything that helps.

Happy to provide access if anyone can help.

    Steve.

    Hi,

    Do you have WordPress 4.7.2?
The theme X is version 4.6.4?

On FTP, all files have the chmod 644? All folders have the chmod 755?

    Your site is https://www.semantico.ca/
Attention with https, it does not appear, error, no certificate ssl

    Hi @stevefenlon,

Can you please update to the latest released version of UM and see if this will resolve the issue?

    Hi,

Running latest version of UM. Also on latest for WordPress, X theme and Cornerstone.

I’ve done a conflict test and the issue persists.

It’s weird because it’s not all fields that have the issue. I am able to move and update some of them without issue.

When I move or edit the problematic fields they either move to the top of the form, or go back to where I tried to move them from.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

    Steve.
