    Hi there,

This doesn’t really tell me anything at all about what problem you might be having. What’s your URL? Have you tried disabling your other plugins and seeing if there’s a potential conflict? I’m unable to reproduce this problem. What version of WP are you using? Are you able to save other data like post titles and such?

    Thanks.

Whenever I hit the “Update” button, the Subtitles’ field is not saving and will just return a blank content. I’m using WP 4.1. I will try to disable other plugins to check conflicts.

    Thanks.

What are you putting into the Subtitle field? Can you give me an example? Does your other data like titles and such update? What version of PHP are you using?

    – I tried to disable all other plugins and put a single character such as “a” in the subtitle field but it doesn’t save.
    – Other fields are saving normally.
    – I’m using PHP Version 5.4.35. MySQL 5.5.41
    – I also checked the apache error logs but nothing is reported there
    – I’m using the default Twenty Fifteen theme

I’m sorry but I’m not able to reproduce this on localhost and also my remote environment: https://cloudup.com/cpsygEgTqLI

Have you tried this on a different hosting environment?

Ok I will try to test it on another WP installation and different host. Will update you for the results. Thanks for the support!

    Hi Philip,

I finally find a remedy to fix the problem. I just recreated the page and added the subtitle in the new page and it works. It’s just find it weird the the subtitle field is not working on that specific page. I tried it in a post type which I didn’t test earlier and it works also. The only problem is that specific page. Thanks.
