    Hi,

    I have been using EasyForms for a while and it has worked perfectly for the last 12 months.

    Suddenly I am seeing errors on my existing forms which tell me ‘The field no longer exists in this list. Delete this field from the form to prevent issues in the front end.’

    Also, the interest groups which show no longer match the full list of interest groups from my Mailchimp list.

    I have updated the plugin, cleared the cache but this error remains and the interest groups are still not updating.

    I’m confused as it has all been working fine, so not sure why it now doesn’t sync correctly.

    The existing forms still seem to work/sync in the Mailchimp account, despite the error message. However, I can’t create a new form as I can’t link it to the new group in Mailchimp as the group isn’t showing to select.

    Any advice welcome. Many thanks.

    Could you send screenshots of the exact errors you are seeing? You can use a service like https://imgbb.com/.

    What type of field is throwing the error?

    Sure, thanks Jon. Sorry for not including more detail.

    1) This error message is new, it had been working/displaying fine for months
    2) Those interest groups shown are only about half of what I have in Mailchimp (again, previously all interest groups would show in this list)

    Hi @lynne991,

    Thank you for the screenshots you’ve provided.

    That error is displayed when a field or interest group is stored in our plugin settings but isn’t listed in the response from Mailchimp’s API. The problem you are having leads me to believe that the field groups on your Mailchimp account have been modified in such a way that they no longer line up.

    You may be able to resolve this by fetching fresh data from Mailchimp. You can clear the cached values for a specific list by clicking “Clear Mailchimp API Cache” under “Associated List Settings” in the form editor sidebar.

    If that doesn’t help, click “View List” in the same section. The following page will have a list of all interest groups Mailchimp is reporting for a given list. See if that lines up with what you expect.

    Hi Jon,

    Thanks again for your reply.

    I viewed list and clear cache and it still hasn’t resolved. I can’t see all my interest groups in the plugin.

    Is there a limit to the number of interest groups we can have pull through?

    I’m wondering about just deleting out the plugin and then reinstalling and setting up again. I have 6 linked forms at the moment.

    Just to add I have deleted the plugin and re-installed and hooked back up and still an out dated list of interest groups shows ?? it has me totally baffled.
