Field Names not showing up in Email Notification

    When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Hey Jade,
    The problem has been resolved. It turns out that the labels in the WPForm were left blank. Adding that fixed the issue. Email notifications now show the field names (e.g. Name, Phone Number, etc, instead of Field ID#0, Field ID#1, etc.).

    Initially, we left out the labels because we didn’t want them to display on the frontend of the website (for a “cleaner” look). I just added some css to make it go away.
