Field Names and Entries Disappearing

    In addition, if I go the database and manually edit the empty fields, they seem to appear in wordpress admin.
    But after trying to edit them (in admin) and save, everything disappears from that field again.

    I had the same problem, the author and the support crew inferred that it was only me. I created the same form in the free version and it worked perfectly. My advice : use free, don’t use paid at all.
