Field Mapping not doing anything

The plugin is installed and the API settings are entered in the plugin. But selecting a form to map and clicking ‘Save Changes’ doesn’t do anything. Shouldn’t some fields popup in order to correlate the form fields to the entries in Office AutoPilot?
