Field Mapping

    I’ve created some additional elements to my form for GDPR and Marketing preferences.
    When i try to sync them to my saleforce i can not map the field as the new fields are not showing.

    I’m very new to this so please excuse my naivety with this.

    Please supply all your input in the Form section of the CF7 interface (add as code or include as link to screenshots).
