Field Labels not Appearing

    Hello, I’ve been trying to solve an new problem with the Application Form for my client site. (Also sent an email but thought I’d try posting here too).

    All was working well a few months ago, but suddenly all the fields somehow changed to “Section Heading” field type, which broke the form, but I was able to change them back. However now the field labels don’t show up. It’s not a plugin conflict, but it appears to be theme conflict as they appear when I change to Twenty-Seventeen theme. Any ideas on how I could fix this? Is it a CSS class issue?

    If its a theme’s conflict then we highly recommend to contact the theme author. He can direct you in a right direction.

    I tried that. The theme is Enfold. They said they can’t support third party plugins and to contact the plugin author. So now what?

    Its very weird response from their side as there theme script is conflicting with our Job Board.

    So unfortunately now we’re at the point where both you and the theme developer are pointing fingers at each other. How would you suggest we proceed to solve this problem?

    Thank you, I sent an email, but previously you said you tried to email me but it failed due to server restrictions? Can you give me more details on the error from the bounceback message?
